Botanica was opened in Silver Lake, Los Angeles in 2017 by Heather Sperling and Emily Fiffer, two food journalists with a passion for nourishing, healthy food. Each colorful meal is made with fresh ingredients that taste as good as they make you feel.

Add a few sides and starters to enjoy together. We suggest 1-2 per person, in addition to main dishes.
Menu highlights
Rice Noodle Salad
A tantalizingly light, bright, Vietnamese-style cold salad of rice noodles, seasonal greens and herbs, pickled vegetables, turmeric-coconut sauce and chile-lime vinaigrette.
Mezze Plate
A little bit of everything—aka the best way to eat! Freshly made hummus, tangy feta and garlicky toast, marinated scarlet runner beans, and a seasonal salad.
Lamb Kabobs
A Botanica staple since day one, tender ground lamb is fragrant with Middle Eastern spices like earthy cumin and subtly spicy Aleppo pepper. Served with a pile of fresh greens atop dill-sumac yogurt.
Garlicky Toast
A simple, elegant Botanica favorite: A thick cut slice of toasted artisanal bread, rubbed with garlic while still warm, then drizzled with olive oil.
